What theme I chose and why I chose it: My original theme was Sea animals mutated with other sea animals, although I didn't end up doing this theme I still liked the idea of it. The theme I ended up sticking with was water landscapes, I chose this theme because I thought I was good at it and because I liked making water landscapes.
The style of my artwork was based on Claude Monet, Vincent Vahn Gogh, and Jim warren were the inspiration for the style of my artwork. Although they were my inspiration I added my own style into my board instead of copying their style completely.
Term one:
During term one I was focusing on my original board Idea which was mutated sea animals. Throughout this term I made many sketches of mutated sea animals, unfortunately, I threw most of the sketches out because I wasn't happy with what I was drawing. I had started to draw a whale and a shark mutated, the whale and shark were one of the larger pieces of work that I was going to put on my board, I had drawn the mutated shark whale multiple times because I
Term two: Aswell as term one I was doing my original idea, I was also doing it throughout term two. One week before the end of term two I realized I didn't want to do mutated sea animals anymore and asked the teacher If I could do a whole new different board. I eventually convinced my teacher to allow me to do a new board and I started to plan a whole new board with my teacher.
Term three: During term three I started creating my new board idea which was water landscapes. Throughout this term, I was contemplating changing my board idea again because nothing I was drawing looked right to me. My teacher convinced me to keep the board I was doing
I had started drawing mostly all of the paintings I needed to put on my board. I had started drawing one of the larger paintings that I was putting on my board.
Term four: During term four I was focused on getting my artboard finished, I had thrown many paintings out because I didn't like them. I was panicking because I didn't think I would get my artboard finished before the deadline. Closer to the end of the term I was focusing on the smaller paintings I needed to do
